Practice Survey Reporting

In March 2016, the Patient Participation Group (PPG), undertook a survey of the patients using the service.

The practice has listened to your views we have introduced a new appointment system whereby we will be staggering the release of appointments on a weekly basis which should enable patients to obtain appointments more timely.

We are also working with Halton CCG to introduce a new telephone system which will allow patients to book appointments via the telephone and also inform you where you are in the queue.

We are also updating our calling system for patients attending the practice, we will be installing a jayex screen which will call patients into the doctors room. This will be in addition to the tannoy system to ensure that patients with vision impairment can still hear when they are being called.
