Our website has been designed to make it easy for you to find the information you need. As well as practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a number of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other medical organisations.

The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6:30pm. If you have an urgent problem during these times please ring the surgery. At all other times ring NHS 111. The out of hours service is commissioned by NHS England / Halton & Warrington CCG and are not provided by the practice.
Requests via eConsult for non-urgent problems can be made between 8am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday . The practice will provide you with a response within 2 working days
Due to COVID we are operating a triage system, this is a virtual appointment. Your GP or nurse will review your problem and will then, depending on your needs. In certain conditions you will be asked to attend for a face to face appointment.

If you need to order a repeat prescription please either order via patient on line access or send an email to email@example.com. We are unable to accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Please note that this service is only availble from 8am - 6.30pm while the practice is open.
