Test Results

If you are want to know the result of a test that your doctor has arranged for you, please allow up to 10 days for your results.  When contacting us to enquire about results please ring after 10:30.  This is because between 8.30am and 10.30am is our busiest time when patients are ringing to book appointments or to ask about home visits.

Please remember that our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results.  If you need any further information, please make an appointment to see your doctor or ask for a telephone consultation..

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only give results to the patient who had the test done - unless the patient has given their permission (preferably written) so that we give the information to someone else or if the patient is not capable of understanding the results.
