Welcome to Weaver Vale Practice

Our Mission Statement

Weaver Vale Practice aim to provide the highest quality, equitable health care available under the NHS, to all our patients by a well-trained caring and motivated primary health care team, aiming to improve the health, well-being and lives of those we care for 

Our website has been designed to make it easy for you to find the information you need. As well as practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a number of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other medical organisations.

The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6:30pm.  If you have an urgent problem during these times please ring the surgery.  At all other times ring NHS 111. The out of hours service is commissioned by NHS England / Halton & Warrington CCG and are not provided by the practice.

Requests via eConsult for non-urgent problems can be made between 8am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.  The practice will provide you with a response within 2 working days

f you need to order a repeat prescription please either order via patient on line access or send an email to weavervale.prescriptions@nhs.net.  We are unable to accept prescription requests over the telephone.

The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services. Including ordering repeat medication, viewing your test results and medical records. You can download the NHS App on your phone or tablet. For more information visit About The NHS App
